Sandra Hoskins Mother Murdered?

I have been looking into another case that has very little information online, but I found an article from the San Diego Union-Tribune that lists Sandra Hoskins as the daughter of a woman found murdered in the desert. Anyone know if this is the same Sandra Hoskins?

I have no way of knowing for sure but from what I understand, Sandra was from New Jersey but that doesn't mean her mother would have necessarily lived there. However, my guess is that the Sandra Hoskins in the article would be around 60 yrs old today. I don't think Sandra Hoskins, TS's former assistant in FL, is quite that old.
