One sentence denial......music to our ears......I will sleep well tonight Frigga!!!

Pennsylvania's Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the 69-year-old Sandusky's appeal request in a terse, one-sentence ruling: "The petition for allowance of appeal is denied."

That is pretty standard for not hearing appeals in PA.

turns out Jay Paterno was solicited by a Penn State professor (who wasn't) who then was sent to Harvard, where he was finally put in Jail. But Jay didn't tell anyone, as is the way at old State, but, MORE IMPORTANT, old Dad didn't know anything about sex. Hard to believe, but it's really possible Paterno Sr. was clueless. I was molested by my uncle and never told my father about it 'till I was an adult. My father's response was that my uncle was no longer a threat because he was an old man (meaning he couldn't get it up). My father didn't get it that my uncle used his hands.
