Two Upstate women arrested for setting dog on fire, deputies say

The Union County Sheriff’s Office arrested two women for torturing and killing a dog.

According to arrest warrants, Cassidi Bailey Hyatt and Jada Dannielle Rogers poured gasoline on a dog and set it on fire, thereby killing it.
