Is there any way to possibly acquire hospital records? I know there's a lot of laws regarding patient privacy but it's been over forty years.
This man seems to have had recent gastric surgery, so finding any information about that would be useful
 
There is only 1 African American male that is listed as missing from close by and remotely close to the time frame, but he is a bit younger than the lower end of age estimate and is also shorter than the uid
