A Burton man charged with a recent murder is out on bond, once again. Charles Green, Jr., was just released on bond for murder charges last week and within a week was rearrested on other charges, and managed to post bond again.

Sheriff PJ Tanner told us today he couldn't believe a Magistrate Court let Green out on bond after he violated his previous bond.
