Does anyone have any feedback on this? Please.

It's about the question leading up to the "within 20 minutes" answer.

What do you hear?

It's at the the 19:28 mark. The website is http://www.blogtalkradio.com/peterhyatt/2014/02/09/🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬-with-peter-hyatt

I hear Press as well, and I think maybe he was backtracking in his thought process, wanting to say Police throughout perhaps but decided against saying it, so he stammered and said Press after the initial wording of Police.....
IMOO.

I heard what you did. Peter Hyatt first said police, then changed it to say press.

Thanks CarolinaAsh. As a local,in your opinion,is it fair to assume that many of the support positions (busboys, dishwasher) in hospitality industries or other late nite positions might be held by those who spoke a foreign language??
So it would seem to me you'd want to reach out to everyone you can who holds jobs or is out at nite hours??Makes sense..

Yeah I would say so. I believe I said somewhere before, not just Spanish speaking either. We also seem to have a lot (to me) of Russians. But hey, I've seen their winters on TV, who can blame 'em...

Speaking of. We are under another Winter Storm Warning. That could very possibly shake things loose. Remember what happened with the last one? Maybe this time if there are arrests it's main act and not side show.

years ago while lurking on a case, I remember someone like a nurse or doctor saying when someone keeps remembering a certain number time wise it is very important to the person..............like my uncle died at 4:22pm .
So TE saying 3:41 and 20 minutes over and over.........these are important to him for whatever reason. JMOO

Not sure if this means anything, but those are roadway numbers. Hwy. 341 leads west from Myrtle Beach to Florence and Interstate 20 heads west from there. Not trying to spark any wild speculation here.

It is possible that 3:41 is the last time Heather can be proved to be alive, i.e. if she spoke to BW at that time, whereas other activity may have been texts, and any other calls were not with anyone who was cooperating.

I always wondered if it was the last call/contact with SM before her phone started pinging towards or at a different location.

...for us indicate that something happened to HE against her will?
I'm not sure, but I think he might have jumbled his sentence and said ...'Well, is it fair to say that the police haveÂ…have, umÂ… for US indicated that uh, something happened to Heather against her will"
maybe
I don't know but that is what I thought I heard

3:41 time that TE keeps pointing out

Well I just had a thought. We have heard about the calls TE and DE made to HE's phone going to voicemail. What hasn't been stated are if HE's friends reported calling HE on the 18th and when it started going to voicemail or when texts began not being returned. What if BW tried HE's phone back at 3:41 and it went right to voicemail? This is all a theory

ETA: It would be hard to believe that 20 years olds didn't call HEs phone for an entire 24 to 36 hours

Possibly. But the news story of the PC with the chief of the HCPD was updated yesterday.

They are still reporting this:

"Investigators also confirmed earlier reports of cell phone communications between Heather Elvis and Sidney Moorer, a 38-year-old Horry County man with whom police records state she had a relationship history, as late as 6 a.m. Dec."

The fact that this reads: "Investigators confirmed earlier reports [PR] of cell phone communications between HE and SM..., as late as 6am.," tells me that investigators have a reason for confirming this and putting it out.

They didn't have to confirm this, especially if they don't know if it is true. I can't think of any reason for them to fabricate a fact released to the press and public.

Thank you for referencing this. So my theory of a friend calling after 3:41 is most likely not possible. But I'm still guessing friends tried after 6 am.

I think there were messages after 3:41. I think TE knows there were messages after 3:41. I think TE doesn't trust that Heather was OK and making those messages after 3:41. Many posters here speculated about another person putting activity on Heather's phone. I think 3:41 is the last contact on Heather's phone that Terry knows was made by Heather. I would expect there were friends that sent texts or voicemail before Terry did.

I think anything is possible. I quoted that before I read your post, because some of us don't understand why 3:41am. is given the significance it has been.

I don't think if HE's friends were calling or texting, as you suggest was possible, it would change any of this if HE didn't answer.

Furthermore, I think it would be very interesting to know what friends (if any) were calling or texting Heather for two whole days.

I agree because some who had been calling, texting, message up to this point then suddenly stopped could tell something. Also I think knowing when the phone started going unanswered would tighten the timeline. I'm sure LE knows though.
