I found a James Bruce Roberson (no T) in the yearbook and thought it was a typo, but even NamUs has it both ways. I think it should be Roberson. I almost quit looking because there was no way for me to verify that was him. There are a couple of guys with same first and last name in NC. Anywho, I found a pic!

So according to the articles found: he went missing on December 24th, was last seen at a friend's, at Colony North Apartments. His family reported him missing on December 26th. His car was found a few days later, abandoned at Haywood mall, off Interstate 385 near Greenville.
He was last wearing blue jeans, a red-striped shirt, and brown boots.
Along with brown hair and eyes, he had a black beard.
He was employed at Cushman Mill in Pelzer.

And NamUs has already changed the spelling of his last name to Roberson, so I'll try to get the thread title updated.

He’s not missing, I’ve posted what happened to him since he was my friend and I worked with him at Cushman Mill. But the admins said I couldn’t post it without proof. Well the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office has my testimony on video. It was reported summer of 2024 once I got the contact information. I’ve also received threats for reporting what I know. Let’s see if this post also gets removed.
