James Prevatt got dimed out by his brother who lives in Virginia. Jimmy sent his photographs and video of a 19 month old being fondled. When LE busted the brother in Virginia he immediately told him his brother sent the child porn.

$100,000 said the Judge. I like this Judge. He was appalled.

This is way twisted. I can't find much on the brother. He's Pervert Mike. I can find plenty about Jimmy the Baptist organ player, but sadly I think this all has to do with his own baby. Thus I'll refrain from posting his business out there.

However, he sends this to his brother. Mind you his backward ugly a*s face is not in the photos. BUT forensic evidence shows it's his hand in the pictures.

Now, the brother gets the images and this whack job sends them to a woman in Canada. Thankfully this poor lady was horrified and reported him.

A Charleston man was sentenced to 18 years in prison for sending a photo online of himself fondling a toddler.

James M. Prevatt II, 36, pleaded guilty Thursday in a Charleston courtroom to third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and first- and second-degree charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
