Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information pertaining to the whereabouts of 75 year-old, Joe Grady Hawthorne, who was last seen last night at around 8:30pm leaving a residence on Old Hundred Road, in Pelzer. Joe was reportedly taking a friend to a location on Fleetwood Drive but has not returned. Joe is believed to be driving the pictured 2002 Buick Century, displaying a SC license plate of: 109-6LW.
Joe is described as a black male, 5’4”/200lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, tan shoes with green pants. Joe is reportedly suffering from early stages of Dementia. We ask for anyone who might come in contact with Joe to call 911 immediately and stand by with him until law enforcement officials arrive on scene. If anyone has information pertaining to his whereabouts they are asked to call Crime Stoppers of Greenville at 23-CRIME.
