MISSING/WANTED PERSON

HCPD needs the community’s help to locate a missing man who is wanted and may be a risk to himself or others.

On Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, Johnny Smalls is reported to have stolen a weapon and clothing from another individual, and then made threats to harm himself.

Smalls is currently wanted by the Horry County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear.

Smalls is known to frequent the Old Kings Highway and Pond Road areas of Georgetown.

Based upon Smalls’ actions and statements the last time he was seen, it is believed he may be a risk to himself or others.

If you encounter Smalls, we would urge you to avoid approaching him and instead reach out to authorities.
