Man who Greenville Co. deputies say wanted a "sex slave" pleads guilty

A Myrtle Beach man who was arrested in a sting by Greenville County deputies has pleaded guilty to the two charges he faced.

According to original arrest records, 36-year-old Justin Teeter Bensing wanted to find an underage girl online to be a "full time baby maker and sex slave" in an online chat room. He also expressed desires to "physically cannibalize" a child.

He was arrested in February of 2018 during "Operation Millstone", but Bensing didn't stay behind bars for long and was released on a $20,000 cash bond. On August 9, records show he pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor.

He has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 years for both charges with a 5-year probation.

Bensing, who has been diagnosed with autism, is considered to be low risk, according to sentencing records obtained by The Greenville News. If Bensing violates his probation, however, he could end up serving the 10-year prison sentence.

The 36-year-old had already been released from prison in February after he posted a $20,000 bond.

In Texas we call Probation and/or Parole "being on paper" and it's hard. There are so many restrictions on what the person on paper can/cannot do most people can't do it. Hopefully, his probation is restrictive and the court doesn't regret this sentence.
