Family still searching for missing St. Helena Island man

After serving three years in the US Army as a specialist at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. Five months later he went missing.

The family says he went out with a young lady that same night. His mother says when she spoke to the young lady she said a man called Jenkins to pick him up.

He was last seen driving his burgundy 2016 Honda Accord

Sadly, still missing.

Nothing is mentioned about driving a friend to Ridgeland.

It does mention that he was on a date in Bluffton.

<snipped>
Kenneth, recently having left the Army, was slated to start a new job with a construction company on the 18th. It was a job he never showed up for.

Evidence that was discovered in the early stages of the investigation suggests foul play was involved in Kenneth’s disappearance.

Just following up on this case. Haven't heard or seen much of anything and it's so sad. He served his country, and this is how it ends for him? Something doesn't add up. He goes out to dinner and receives a phone call from a "man" that needs a ride. Who was the man? Were phone records checked? Last ping of his phone? Was his phone recovered? etc...

Additionally, has anyone found reports as to where his car was found? A lot of the reports made states "missing man from Mango, Rd St. Helena, SC" but it never directly states where the burnt-up car with bullet holes was found. He was in Bluffton, SC the night before they found his vehicle and then the next day his car was found, but where???
