Is that confirmation that the close the construction worker found on March 31 was his? Did they keep it and test it?

What does it mean that “forensic evidence shows Kevin may have known his killer”? With all due respect he was living on a military base I was under the assumption that that was already assumed by law enforcement.

And if they have forensic evidence shouldn’t they test it?

I wish there was more info on this case.
