Deputies state that Harper was last seen by his mother on January 30, when he told her that he was walking to Greenville to look for a job.
Man new to Upstate area missing more than a week, family reports
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a man who has been missing for more than a week.
Harper’s family told law enforcement he is new to the area and does not have a cell phone.
(The distance from Spartanburg to Greenville is 30 miles.)
