The bicycle that James was riding was found Saturday, but deputies still need the public's help to locate him. Officials said he is a black male that stands 5-feet-7-inches and weighs 130 pounds. He was reportedly last seen wearing blue jeans, green shirt with yellow, and possibly a grey or blue jacket around 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning.

He has a history of Dementia, according to officials.

Where is Moise?

Deputies with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office conducted another search at Lake Darpo off Highway 52 near the Darlington County airport in April, 2016 for Mr. James, but no clues have been found.

Details of Disappearance
James was last seen leaving the 800 block of Mineral Springs in Darlington, South Carolina at 7:30 a.m., riding a dark blue women's bicycle. He enjoyed riding the bike every day. He has never been heard from again. On May 2, the bicycle was found abandoned in the Dovesville neighborhood of Darlington.

James may still be in the Dovesville area, or he may be in Society Hill, South Carolina. He is a U.S. Army veteran. Few details are available in his case.
