Mother accused of fatally stabbing newborn with letter opener

South Carolina mother An T. Ngo is charged with homicide by child abuse after allegedly fatally stabbing her newborn and placing him in a trash bag.

On Monday afternoon, Easley police announced that detectives had charged 31-year-old An T. Ngo with murder/homicide by child abuse in connection to the infant’s death.
