Sumter Police searching for two missing people in unrelated cases

Unrelated to Sims, 22-year old Olivia Phillips is also missing, officers said. She was last seen on Saturday, leaving Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Sumter Police say Phillips is a white woman, 5-foot-9-inches tall and about 190 lbs., with blond hair and blue eyes.

MISSING PERSONS: Police are investigating two unrelated missing persons cases and need your help.

Please call (803) 436-2700 or dial 911 immediately if you have seen either of these individuals or know where they could be. Their well-being is of concern.

- Willie Bernard Sims Sr., 61, was last seen Thursday on Charles Street by a family member. Sims, who lives on Letcher Road, is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs about 197 lbs., and is mostly bald with brown eyes.

- Olivia Phillips, 22, who was last seen Saturday leaving Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Phillips, who lives off of Lafayette Drive, is 5 feet 9 inches tall, about 190 lbs. and has blond hair and blue eyes." BBM

She was arrested on 05/13/2020 in Spartanburg County and charged with Public Disorderly Conduct- intoxicated, disorderly or boisterous or obsene/profane language.
