MISSING PERSON - ENDANGERED

HCPD is searching for Paul James McNeill, 75, who was last seen near Grand Strand Medical Center on Feb. 6, 2023.

He is considered endangered due to various medical factors.

McNeill is approximately 5’11” and 200 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about his location is asked to call HCPD via dispatch at 843-248-1520.
