Rachel Michelle Massengale was last seen at her Lexington residence, wearing a black and white, knee-length dress, along with large earrings on Saturday morning. Massengale does take medication and has been off her prescription for almost 24 hours. Recently, she left a doctor's care facility in Traveler's Rest. Massengale has left home before and traveled to Pickens via taxi.
