Robert Clark Jr., 22, of Hilton Head Island reported missing by his family. Please be on the lookout for him.

Family members of 22-year-old Robert Clark Jr. reported him missing from his Legends apartment on Hilton Head Island. Family reported last seeing Robert this past Monday morning at his apartment and their last contact with him was through text message on Monday afternoon.
Robert is described as 5'10'' and approximately 210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. It is not known what Robert was wearing, but it is believed that he left in his vehicle, a silver 2011 Toyota Tundra pickup truck with South Carolina license plate NFL588.

Robert's family and the Sheriff's Office are concerned for his well-being. We ask the public to please be on the lookout for Robert and to call Sheriff's Office Emergency Dispatch 9-1-1 if coming into contact with him. Attached are two recent photographs of Robert and one of his Toyota pickup truck.

"The deceased person found inside of a vehicle (Toyota Tundra) behind Bluffton Target this morning has been identified as missing person 22-year-old Robert Clark Jr. of Hilton Head Island. It appears that Robert died as a result of a gunshot wound. A handgun was found in his vehicle. A forensic autopsy will be performed at the Medical University of South Carolina to aid in the determination of The cause and manner of Robert’s death. Additional information will be released when available.
