Strange??? The Feb 23, 2026 trial date per MSM is not populating on the docket. Seems the last entry of action was adding defense attorney Kendrick, Joshua Snow on 11/21/2025.

Also, not seeing the trial date noted on the docket for co-defendant Rosmore Vilardi. Last update was for defense attorney Kent, Shaun Courtney on 1/5/2026.

How can people lie thru their teeth like in that interview?

IF I did it, I would not agree to an interview on TV.

I don't understand how people can be like this.

whns.con foxcarolina.com has it as well. There's a story about an elderly couple in Westminister murdered on there as well if anybody has the desire to make a thread. I can't link it from here.

Somebody has started a thread for this couple now.

Looks like the Vilardis are going to get separate trials.

Thanks for the update! From the quoted MSM link,

The judge decided to grant the request for separate trials. Amy’s trial is set to begin on Feb. 23 and is expected to last at least a week. Ross’s trial date has not yet been set.

Although Ross's Docket references his Motion to sever Trial & Memo in Support filed on 1/29/26, Amy's docket is void of any activity except general "roster" updates.

Ross will probably be a witness against her as on the Cold Justice episode he mentions being the first one to the feeding trough.

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – An Anderson County couple charged in the 2015 deaths of their four family members attended court Thursday morning for a pretrial deciding whether or not the two suspects should be tried together.

Amy and Rosmore Vilardi were in court all day, the judge granted them separate trials.

The victims’ families were in court but did not want to speak.

Amy Vilardi will be tried first; the trial is set for Monday, February 23.

Amy and Ross Vilardi are in jail facing murder charges after the 2015 murders of Amy's mother, Cathy Scott, Cathy's husband, Michael "Mike" Scott, Mike's mother, Barbara Scott and Cathy's mother, Violet Taylor.

Ross's defense attorney, Shaun Kent, asked for an undue delay. The judge drew a hard line and denied the delay, meaning the trials will move forward.

"It is a 10-year-old case, and this is what ends up happening when you wait this amount of time to get information," Kent said.

Defense attorneys pointed to concerns about the state's long witnesses list. Kent spoke at length about the witness list provided by the state, highlighting that many listed witnesses had no last names or were no longer alive.

I think the judge has ruled against the live-streaming of Amy’s trial.
Bummer.

The Vilardi quadruple murder trial is set to begin in Anderson County, SC, with Amy Vilardi's trial scheduled to start on Monday, February 23, 2026. The defendants, Amy and Ross Vilardi, were granted separate trials for the 2015 murders.
