Police said Thursday they charged two people in connection with the disappearance of a Travelers Rest woman.
Travelers Rest Police Chief Lance Crowe said 25-year-old Stephanie Bailey and 27-year-old Antwon Quarles Jr. were charged with murder in connection with the disappearance of 40-year-old Tammy Lewis.
The coroner said Lewis died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Lewis was last seen on March 17.

Crowe said detectives received information Wednesday that led them to a location on Clement Road in Greer as a possible location of Lewis' body. He said the body was identified as Lewis' on Thursday afternoon.

Wow. This is really sad...thank you for posting the update. I'm glad they have found her, though and the evil people who did it. Prayers to her sister and family. at least they will be able to bring her home soon.

Two Charged With Murder In Travelers Rest Missing Person Case

A tip that Stephanie Bailey and Antwon Quarles may have killed Lewis and they had left town headed to Ohio.

Both are now charged with murder and are in custody.

The guy has been out for a few months now. He has a history of crime. Why is he roaming the streets considering his rap sheet? Are they waiting for him to go on a kill spree or something? I get giving people a second chance, but this dude is bound to do something even worse.
