SC - Toddler abandoned on stranger’s porch, Anderson County, April 2013

Thank goodness. I was racking my brain trying to find babies that went missing. (assuming she was kidnapped initially then dropped off). I hope they get her where she belongs.

I have yet to see any news updates though. I'm beginning to feel blown off. If nothing breaks tomorrow I may call back.

Bianca went missing in 2011 when she was 2 years old...she'd be 4 now.
This child is 2 years old or younger 'now' in 2013. Right?

She went missing in December 2011 and this child is determined to be 2 or 3 but that is being based on her clothing and speech. They aren't sure.

Im glad they found her mother and father and with Zoes Health they now will have her full health history.
I think they should change the safe haven age limit, and allow kids no matter the age to be dropped off. I think it would save alot of toddlers and kids.

Bless her she is small and still wears size 24 months. I wouldn't have guessed she was 4 either, my daughter is 5 and on the tall small size as well (thin) but she does look to be a 5 yr old and wears 5-6 clothing.Zoe does look young for her age I thought she was a young toddler.
