Sioux Falls Police said 32-year-old Brian Joseph Azure was seen in the area of South Grange Avenue and West 51st Street before he was reported missing just before 2 a.m. Wednesday.
He is 5'9" tall and weighs 210 pounds and has a diminished mental capacity.
Police believe Azure was inside a gas station at 41st Street and Sertoma Avenue wearing a red baseball cap and dark-colored sweatshirt with a zipper.
