Silver alert issued for missing South Dakota woman

Police have issued a silver alert for missing woman Clara Mae Braun of Buffalo, South Dakota.

She is 87-years-old, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 120 pounds and has blue eyes.

Her last known whereabouts were on Monday at 6:30 a.m. traveling northbound on South Dakota Highway 73, 15 miles south of Lemmon, South Dakota.

She is believed to be driving a beige 2012 Chrysler 300 with South Dakota license plate 35C-588.

Braun may be experiencing dementia and could be disoriented, according to the advisory. She has not had any contact with family or friends and is considered to be in danger.

Braun may be driving a beige Chrysler 300 with South Dakota license plate 35C-588. An example of the car is pictured below:

Braun has brown hair and wears glasses. It is unknown what type of clothing she is wearing.
