Members of Rosebud Sioux Tribe searching for missing woman

More than 100 people are out in the Two Strike area of the Rosebud Indian Reservation searching for a missing tribal woman.

According to local officials, this is the ninth day of a search for Waniyetu Loves War aka Autumn Emery. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and brown skirt by Old Two Strike. She’s 5-foot-3, 120 pounds with long dark brown hair.

I'm confused, knowing little about Native American naming traditions, is Old Two Strike a witness, or a location?

Google was no help, or my Google-Fu has waned...

Possibly Two Strike is a location named for a person? Old Two Strike, the place was redefined?

Autumn Emory is lovely- I hope they find her soon. This area is full of very tall corn right now- and a whole lot of nothing else. Highways & corn. And tiny towns.

It appears KELOLAND their story at 7:37 PM tonight:

A Rosebud Sioux Tribal official says the woman has been found; there’s no word on where or when she was located. The official says “it appears to be a suicide, but a further investigation will be conducted.”

This is a developing story; we’ll update it with the latest information as it is confirmed
