as you already saw, they (defense) got a similar Rav4, and also a same looking car key. they gave it to avery, he held the key for 12 minutes... and only a tenth the amount of DNA could be obtained from that key in the new experiment.
so there's a bit too much DNA from avery on it.
also:
q-tip or tooth brush are "great sources of DNA", according to dr. reich.
so the biggest red flag here is:
there are NO mixtures on these items. it should have THs DNA on it, but it doesn't.
