Sent PM's May Not Be Going Through?

Hi All,

Thanks for everyone's help! I sent a PM to Tricia and Bessie last night on some case questions and it is not in my Sent items folder. Is anyone else having trouble with this feature? This is on a Windows 8.1 laptop with the latest version of Firefox.

Is there any instance where without unchecking anything that this would be a normal situation?

I have a similar issue. If I send a private message on WS through my web browser, the message doesn't show up in the Sent folder even though the message does get sent to the recipient. If I send a message through Tapatalk on my phone, it does show up in the Sent folder. It's a strange thing.
