Cedar Falls police are trying to make a profit from a criminal's car. The Dodge Charger is worth $35,000 and was seized from a sexual predator.

Police say 34-year-old Steven Kenney used the car as a tool to lure kids for sex.

Only KWWL was able to show you Cedar Falls police arresting Kenney in March. Police say he drove four hours from Orange City to Cedar Falls to have sex with who he thought was a 15-year-old girl he met online.

Captain Jeff Olson, with the Cedar Falls police says, "We're going to put it up for sale, and take the proceeds from that for future equipment purchases"
