Just a sample of what they did:
-Soaked tenants' possessions in ammonia.
-Cut large chunks out of the basement support beams to deem the property uninhabitable
-created a fake email address for one of the tenants, then sent threatening emails to others from it!
SF is notoriously heavy on tenants' rights, but this behavior is unbelievable!
