Death 20 Feb 1977 (aged 26), San Bernardino County, California, USA
Burial Mountain View Memorial Park, Barstow, San Bernardino County, California, USA

Shallane was a medical secretary at Barstow Community Hospital in California. She went missing on 18 February 1977. She was 3 months pregnant at the time. Her body was found a few days later, fully clothed, in the Mojave Desert near Barstow by motorcyclists.
