Decedent was struck by a train at 2100 Daisy Street, Chattanooga, TN 37406. He originally was reported to our office as Marvin Duane Shelton DOB 9/6/1962. The FBI established his identity through fingerprints. Approximately 50 aliases were assigned to his file. Birth records indicated his parents to be Christina Isabelle Guthrie and Charles Phillip Morfe.

I believe the part I underlined is supposed to be the (misinformation) Kenneth Robert Guthrie
