LET THE RECORD REFLECT that on 2/24/15 Exhibits 428, 688-690, 695, 691, 692,
696, 694, 699, 435, 511, 391, 739, 432, 560, 561, 563 and 841 were temporarily released to
Defense and returned today.
9:47 a.m. Trial to Jury continues from 2/24/15....

LET THE RECORD REFLECT that counsel reviews the numbers to be utilized to select
the two alternate jurors and stipulate that they are the correct juror numbers to be used....

Defense closing rebuttal argument continues.
The Closing Instructions are read to the Jury.
Filed: Final Instructions and Closing Instructions
Jurors 2 and 13 are chosen by lot as the alternates and leave the courtroom.
The bailiffs are sworn.
11:44 a.m. The Jury leaves with the sworn bailiffs to begin their deliberations and Court
remains in session...

LET THE RECORD REFLECT that the Jury took a lunch break and began their
deliberations at 1:24 p.m.
3:24 p.m. Court reconvenes with respective counsel present telephonically and the
Defendant present in the courtroom....

And what does her cult following think the unnecessary added pressure is exactly.
Like I said those people are something else. What they are? I have no clue. This is not a game.

16 hours in and they don't have a verdict. They aren't agreeing folks. Here we go again.

Unfortunately, I am afraid you are correct that they are not agreeing yet. This case seemed so cut + dry to many of us. It seemed it would be a quick decision if they all agreed right off the bat.

But since they are now going on day 3, it seems obvious there must be some that are leaning a different way than the others.

I havent given up hope yet although I am getting concerned now. Because if you try to put yourself in the place of the "holdouts", think what it must be like when lets say 10 others begin to try to convince you to vote the other way.

One of the fears I have is the "holdouts" may feel resentment towards the others and begin to dig in their heels instead of being open minded about it.

I just hope everyone stays open minded and really listens to the others who may be trying to convince them. I also hope the majority stays civil and doesnt alienate the holdouts. They need to not be too forceful or it may cause resentment.

I will keep praying for the jurors to reach a decision. I just hope they make a decision.
I just dont want a hung jury. I can live with any decision at this point.

I'll be joining late today. I've a dentist appointment south of the border. When people ask my why I drive down to Mexico to go to the dentist, I reply "because that's where her office is".

I am tired of boots, heavy coat, snow pants, scarves, mittens, toques, and balaclavas! I want to slip on my flip flops and leave the house without taking 10 minutes to bundle up. I want to be able to do something outside without freezing my assets off. I hate fumbling at things wearing heavy gloves cause fingers will freeze if I do it bare handed. I want to see some green, instead of white. :gaah:

Ok! Rant over! Just had to get that off my chest. :blushing:

You don't know how tired I am of missy:jail: articles AND the weather. :sheesh:

It's not as cold this AM- about 26 degrees and no snow falling. My son said the driveway is yucky again- don't know if we will call the plow guy yet.

The Queen is able to go out as we have cleared a path for her in the yard, but she happened to slip on the step from the deck , which is icy, :scared: and now she doesn't want to go

down the steps to do her business; she has decided the deck is her toilet now. :facepalm:

I have tried to shoo her down the steps, but she won't have it. I'll have to have my son chip away the ice from the stairs some more or maybe some hot water to dissolve the ice?

We'll see. Some more storms coming to the east coast this week.

I'm grumbling too- we can be the Grumbling Club. :floorlaugh: Who wants to join us?
