A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing endangered man last seen in Mooresville.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued the Silver Alert for Herbert Raymond Morrison shortly before 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
Residents are asked to be watching for Morrison, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, according to a news release. He is a 63-year-old white male, 5-foot-10, weighing 175 pounds with long hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jean shorts and Docker-brand brown shoes in the area of Gray Avenue.
His vehicle has North Carolina license plate number MA76292.
