A 60 yr. old man, part of a group of Tri-athletes on a training swim at Solana Beach, CA (just N. of Del Mar CA......... was killed by what lifegaurds think may have been a 'Great White" Shark at about 7:00 this morning.
. This is one of the places my kids surfed a lot when we lived in Del Mar.
What a tragedy.............sure the Shark is still in the water and they are looking for it now. A shark attack is pretty rare in this area.
Prayer's going out for this man's family.
