Kim Nok-wan, 33, the leader of a Telegram s*x crime ring, the so-called Vigilantes, a large-scale, pyramid-style group that blackmailed at least 261 victims, has been sentenced to Life in prison in South Korea on Monday 24 November. He has also raped under-aged women, and forced women to have intercourse with other men, and much more.
