Tammy was living with her aunt in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in May 1989. She disappeared while her aunt was out of town. Her neighbors say they last saw Tammy on May 10, being dragged into the back yard by her boyfriend, who was armed with a shotgun. Tammy has never been seen again. She left behind a son.
Tammy's boyfriend was never charged in her case. He was convicted of 2nd-degree murder in 1992 in the shooting death of another girlfriend, and was incarcerated.
