Tara's ears and nose are pierced. She has a shrimp-shaped scar on her right leg. She has a small birthmark on her upper right thigh. She has a tattoo of her name "Tara" in the middle of her back.
Tara was last seen in Gaston, South Carolina at approximately 6:00 pm on July 4, 2004. She contacted her family a few days later, stating she was living in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has not been heard from since. She may be in West Virginia, Virginia, Wisconsin, or the Columbia, South Carolina area.
