A woman in Lynnwood, WA, was stopped by police while driving in the HOV lane reserved for vehicles carrying passengers. When she wound down her tinted window, this was the passenger police discovered.

The driver was also speeding and without insurance and has earned herself a Teddy Bear's picnic of a fine - over $800!
