She was able to talk to rescue crews at the scene, but died of multiple internal injuries about an hour later, at 1:40 a.m., at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
The dog was thrown from the car and also killed.
The other girl survived with minor injuries. Cops haven't identified her because of her age.
Police said she was wearing a seatbelt, but they don't believe S***** was.
Family members said S***** got the dog from a shelter as a gift for her 13th birthday, and she was shattered when he was diagnosed with cancer earlier this month.
