Terence Lenamon Memorandum

Does anyone have a link to the Terence Lenamon memorandum that he sent to the State Attorney's office back in 2008 explaining why they should not seek the Death Penalty?

There must be a link somewhere Nancy Grace had a copy of it on one of her shows (http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0903/03/ng.01.html) and there has also been links online to privileged correspondence between Casey Anthony and Lenamon (i.e. letter of withdrawal from Lenamon).

The date this memorandum was filed was November 5, 2008.

However, according to http://crime.about.com/b/2008/11/06/casey-anthony-to-face-murder-trial-first.htm :

"Filed by Miami attorney Terence Lenamon, it is not a public record under Florida law.

Parts of the report, given to the media by Lenamon, may give a clue to Casey's defense at the murder trial."
