Brit tourist 'on the trip of a lifetime' vanishes in Thailand after speaking to his family on Christmas Day​

Mark Counsell, 31, from Pontypool in Gwent, set off on the trip of a lifetime and has been travelling around southeast Asia.

However after a video call with his family between 9am and 10am on Christmas Day, they have not heard from him since.

He is believed to be in either Thailand or the Kuala Lumpur area of Malaysia.
