A British citizen who travelled alone to Thailand has been missing for 2 weeks. His family last heard from at Bangkok airport on 5 January 2026, although he apparently sent a short email to a friend a few days later.

Kenny is described as 58, 5' 6" in height and wears glasses. The photo of him which was released shows him with shortish grey hair and a grey mustache and beard.

He was reported to be planning to volunteer at a stray dog sanctuary, although the sanctuary has not heard from him.

Speaking to the Daily Record, his friend Jordan McCleod said: “Kenny has been found safe and well. He has been in contact and is safe. The family have just been sorting out the stuff with the authorities at the moment but we are just so happy that he has been found.

“Thanks to everyone who helped spread the word.”
