But thanks to all the concealed carry laws in this country, coupled with the lax gun control on the books, tragedy was averted when prospective victims were able to thwart the gunman by grabbing their own weapons....oh wait, never mind......

But really, this guy had a firearm in his home only for his own protection, and surely he was a law abiding citizen....oh wait, never mind.....:banghead:

Who screams, "My son! My son! My 11-year-old son!"? Me thinks somebody--the witness or the reporter--took a little poetic license with that one.
