I am sure he gave her some kind of a script...
Perhaps long ago in case someone comes knocking on the door.
But he will try to say that JC did not have a lawyer present when she was questioned.
He more then likely did tell her to ask for one.
She is with great support now that will teach her the difference when her rights were really violated,
and had she not talked she would have gone back to that back yard.
so no matter what his game plan he is toast. "Heart warming" only to the devil himself, maybe?
I have however gotten to emotional with some who take up for him - her bio dad - or the defense,
I find it to be insensitive in case her family would read here.
Or in case the defense is looking for new ideas
I will try to take a few day brake, because I want to punch the computer out.
This case is braking my heart. and some are just baffling me.
She doesn't have to have a lawyer present, even if she were asking for one. She isn't a suspect.
A suspect who asked for a lawyer but didn't get one can get whatever statements they made not admitted into evidence.
Whereas JC isn't a suspect so they didn't have to provide a lawyer for her.
My guess is he is expecting her to be telling this heart warming story to the media, and since she hasn't told the heart warming story, he is claiming her first amendment rights were violated.
I really do wonder that when he showed up with her and the two kids, he in fact expected for her to be found out to be JC so she could tell that story. Why did he bring her along to the parole officer? I know parole officer demanded he brought the kids, but he probably could have made up some B.S. story that they were the children of a friend, etc.
Sure worked for 18 years, even though people saw kids, no one did anything except for that one lady who called 911, and even that tip led to nowhere.
So why did he bring JC along with the children to meet the parole officer?
