Can someone please remind me why she was convicted of murdering Damon but not Devon?

Darlie was Charged for Both of the boys' deaths but the Prosecution Only needed to try Darlie for one boy's death to get the Death Penalty. If you look on TDCJ website it, you will see that Darlie is there on DR for Both Death's of Both boys

So no news on the latest testing.... Must not be good news for those who asked for it.

Darlie's Defense Requested More Test back in February and March of 2024. We Won't know the results of those tests, but her family will. Defense has exhausted all of the Appeals, next will be Federal and Federal always sides with State
