England's Guards at Buckingham Palace have to wear dead bears on their heads and never smile or respond to tourists pulling funny faces at them, and march as if they have broomsticks stuck in their jackets. Despite this strangeness though, I have a soft spot for them - probably because my family member used to be one. 
So it's hard to resist when they accidentally let the facade slip for a moment, but I'm giggling with this dear chap, not at him.
