A man was acting strangely in an airport recently- shifting and fidgeting. Airport security workers strip searched him and it was then that they found this!

The man was trying to smuggle 12 little hummingbirds onto his flight. They were wrapped snugly and sewn into a specially made pair of underwear.

And I thought budgie-smugglers were bad!

Poor little birds. This sort of cruelty only exists because people keep justifying the cruelty of it to themselves, when they purchase another exotic pet... Sure it might be locally bred - but where'd its parents come from?

Smuggled over in somebody's sweaty jockstrap, probably.

So many animals die slow and horrible deaths because of this, not to mention endangered ones. I thought it worth a rant.
