TVNZ’s Cold Case looked into the disappearance of Timothy Pridding.
New information given to police over the disappearance of a Dunedin man almost 30 years ago has led investigators down “positive lines”, including potential search areas.
The case of 34-year-old Timothy Pridding, who was last seen on the morning of November 8, 1994, featured last week on TV2’s Cold Case.
Detective Senior Sergeant Kallum Croudis told the show he was “certain that Timothy has been murdered’’.
An appeal for information about Pridding’s disappearance prompted a slew of information, and Croudis thanked those who had submitted tips, which are being assessed by police.
