So, are there two possibilities here?
A) Guilty, therefore pled guilty
B) Not guilty but some of the evidence or reports supporting that would not be allowed or a deal was made and agreeing to a 15 year sentence would guarantee less time than if he pled not guilty and lost?
I'm a bit confused but then my mind goes back to the family's website and how it said that the paternal grandmother nor any of that side of the family had been allowed to see the remaining twin.......that information has always stuck with me.
I can understand how Adeline's mother would need to cease all contact with Chris Conway and file for divorce in order to get back & retain custody of the remaining twin, even if she felt/knew her husband was not guilty. But, ceasing contact with grandparents and other family members and not allowing them to see the other twin.....that wouldn't be a requirement from CPS and also (IMO at least) would not be the actions of a wife & mother who felt her husband was innocent, those seem more like the actions of a wife & mother who feels her husband is guilty. There must be a reason Adeline's mom feels that way, yes?
